contest.\u00a0 They served popcorn and lemonade at the race,but we didn&#8217;t eat any because the kids got into it before we could.\u00a0 Afterwards, the leaders got to do a race.\u00a0 This was our car.\u00a0 Mark and I bought the wedge and wheels at the scout shop.\u00a0 Then, Mark sanded the wedge down until it was nice and smooth.\u00a0 I used a pen and markers to color the flaming bee and side flames.\u00a0 Finally, Mark put in the wheels by pushing in the nails.\u00a0 It was tough work!\u00a0 We were going to sand the nails, but we didn&#8217;t have enough time.\u00a0 I think our car was by far the most colorful car around.\u00a0 I gave it the best looking car award, but we lost the race.\u00a0 Now we know what to do so that we can &#8220;win&#8221;
